We have Office Suites ranging from 109ft² to 1,737ft² throughout 5 buildings on site and our flexible licences can be taken from 6 months to 2 years depending on your requirements.

Offices Currently Available:

Office 24, Lodge House - 466ft² (ideal for 5-7 people)      £1,200 per month (+VAT)                 These prices are for a 'Fully Serviced' Office

Office 1b, Lodge Court - 735ft² (ideal for 8-10 people)      £1,900 per month (+VAT)                           (see below for further details)

Offices Available Shortly:

We also offer a 'mailbox' service for £25 per month (+VAT) where we will sort and store your incoming mail for you to collect during office hours (typically 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday).  This service allows you to have a local Colchester address if you are based elsewhere, we can also allocate you with a local telephone number which can be diverted to an alternative number (mobile, home etc) if required - please call us for prices.

Just one set monthly amount covers a host of services leaving you with peace of mind and no unexpected bills.  All our standard costs include the following;

Other services are available on a 'Pay-As-You-Go' basis including;

Franking Machine / Digital Photocopier and Scanner / Hire of Meeting and Board Rooms / General Handyman Service / Secretarial Service

We also have a delivery of fresh sandwiches, drinks and snacks to the site daily.
