| | | Phase four of the Lodge Park development is now complete. The Gatehouse, opened in November 2008, is an attractive barn-style building with dramatic vaulted ceilings and limewashed beams. Arc Legal Assistance, who have been tenants at Lodge Park since 2003, relocated to this new building on the day of opening. Arc Legal was launched with three staff based in a 240ft² office and have rapidly grown over the past 6 years and are now leasing the entire top floor of 3,991ft². We were pleased to welcome BCT Consortium who joined us in December 2008 and another existing tenant, Wood & Disney have also now upgraded their office in April 2010 to a Suite within The Gatehouse.
