Oaks Drive had been used for many years by an Osteopathy Practice, having originally been built as flats in the 1960’s.
We totally transformed the property for the Colchester Catalyst Charity to prepare it for sale.
The inside was opened up to give spaces suited to today’s living. We replaced the windows and updated the facades to give a modern colonial feel.
